Bike trip 2026/08/08

I didn’t take photos throughout the trip, but I got some of the parts of Sheyenne I haven’t been to yet.

You can see Matt and a bit of a cattle guard in this picture

This is the middle entrance for Sheyenne. I think I like it more than the west or east entrances, at least if you head east from here. good hills and scenery but not too sandy.

Elliot and Matt are on the left of this image.

My favorite part of this park has to be the rolling hills like in this photo. Pretty sure they’re old sand dunes.

I got completely gassed on the back half of this trip. Perhaps it was the stopping for photos or maybe I needed more sugars / carbs. Elliot also thinks I need to pedal faster and more consistently for better efficienc.
